I work with adult individuals, children (2-18), and parents. I help clients creatively turn pain into coping skills, missed connections into secure relationships, and problematic behaviors into strengths and resiliency. I focus on practical, real-world strategies that build security and connection through a balance of nurture, engagement, structure, and challenge. These strategies are a resource that can then be utilized through different life experiences, stages, and stressors. I support adults, children, and parents alike to understand their emotional and relational needs and find more satisfying, connective ways of meeting them.
I work with adults/parents to identify ways in which their own attachment history and family of origin experiences may be influencing their current relational strategies and family dynamics. I work to highlight your strengths, nurture your self-worth, build strategies for connection, meet unmet needs, release old patterns, and heal unresolved wounds.
I work with adults and children struggling with unworthiness, difficulty organizing/tolerating emotions, or relationship patterns that don’t feel satisfying. I can guide you, individually or together, into calm, security, connection, and openness.
