The process of healing in therapy is a journey - one that opens doors to see ourselves differently and accept ourselves more fully. Through a safe, genuine, and empathetic therapeutic experience, my goal as a psychotherapist is to provide an opportunity for my clients to express their pain and hardships as we explore ways to move towards fulfillment, wellness, and achieving their goals in life.
As a clinician, I work to support my clients in their quest towards wholeness and contentment in life. I am trained in EMDR and have a special interest in somatic psychotherapy. I have found the integration of talk therapy and these other modalities to be effective and rewarding.
