Welcome, I am so happy that you are here. I am a passionate and dedicated therapist committed to healing the deep, often hidden wounds left by absent fathers in the Black community. As a multifaceted expert, I specialize in addressing the unique challenges faced by Black teens and young women who are navigating the complexities of father wounds. My mission is to reverse the cycle of fatherlessness and empower my clients to reclaim their sense of worth and identity. My therapeutic approach is anything but conventional. I believe in the power of holistic healing, which means I look at the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in healing father wounds and addressing fatherlessness in the Black community. My approach is holistic and nontraditional, integrating talk therapy, music, movement, somatic healing, and mindfulness to heal emotional scars and foster overall well-being. Through a trauma-conscious lens, I aim to create a safe space.
Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Through a personalized treatment plan, we will uncover underlying beliefs, patterns, and emotions that may be holding you back from living your fullest life. My goal is to empower you with tools and insights that support your healing journey both during our sessions and in your daily life.
