Whether you are feeling anxious, afraid, depressed, or hopeless you don't have to face it alone. In therapy, we will develop a relationship of support, encouragement, and trust and together we will work on overcoming your current and past struggles. I have extensive experience working with adults,children, & adolescents, survivors of domestic violence/sexual assault, and those experiencing anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with trauma survivors and use trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I utilize a variety or treatment approaches, tailored to the client's needs.
