I have experience treating a wide variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, mood disorders and PTSD. My style in the therapy office is energetic, warm, and non-judgmental.
I bring warmth and compassion to our sessions and will be committed to walking along side you on your journey back to Self. I specialize in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and EMDR, as well as drawing from several other approaches including attachment theory, CBT and mindfulness-based therapy.
