I enjoy walking alongside individuals in order to help them learn more about themselves, their mental health, and ways to build skills that they can utilize now and in the future. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and older adults. I have a passion for advocacy and education, specifically surrounding the under-diagnosed and often misdiagnosis of ADHD in those who identify as female.
Welcome! My name is Amanda and I have been a social worker for the past 13 years. I have worked in a variety of settings such as: foster care, medical social work (ER, Oncology, Women's Health), and private practice. I utilize my diverse experience in order to practice in the most holistic way possible.
I enjoy meeting my patients for a consultation to ensure that it is not only a good fit for me as a provider, but for the patient as well. I believe that this takes pressure off the patient in order to openly discuss moving forward in the best way possible.
