Life is a journey, and I am here to support you on that journey! My focus is on the therapeutic relationship with the client, and I believe counseling is a collaborative effort. I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, and adults who struggle with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, self-worth, relationship and substance use issues.
I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment for my clients where they can be comfortable in expressing their feelings and emotions in a healthy way. I use a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach which includes, but is not limited to EMDR therapy, CBT, DBT, IFS-informed Parts Work and Person-Centered therapy.
Because of my own life experiences, I am passionate about helping others navigate and understand the complexities of past trauma and how it can affect their daily lives. The path to healing takes courage, but it is not a path you have to walk alone. I will meet you wherever you are in life, and together; we can create healthier patterns to meet your goals.
