I work with adults, emerging adults, and adolescents. I encourage your own personal empowerment and growth through a counseling relationship built on trust, respect, and compassion.
I work with clients to facilitate building a strong mind-body-spirit connection. I have specialized experience in helping clients navigate the challenges of the divorce process. I also work extensively with teens and women as they develop a toolbox of skills to help build healthy relationships while creating and pursuing their own goals.
I am here to walk with you as you align your life; building perspective and balance, exploring your options, defining your goals, and making choices to begin building the life that you want to create. I integrate mindfulness, meditation, hypnosis, the expressive arts into the therapeutic process, and utilize a process called the Inner Counselor.
