I love to help people. I believe that therapy helps everyone at different parts of life. I love working with kids, adults, families, couples and teens. I use DBT and CBT to talk about mindfulness, awareness, perspective and trauma. I am trauma certified and enjoy helping people with the good and bad traumas of life. Working on your goals is very important. I like to think that we work on you as a whole person. I teach a lot of coping skills because some work now and some may work later but a lot of tools within your toolbox is important.
I am a mom of a child on the spectrum and I love to help kiddos and families to understand more. I am trauma certified so I love allowing people to understand and accept their traumas that can be good or bad.
I have life and educational experience. I do this career because I truly love to help others. I know we all have our challenges and it is important to have non- bias support and guidance to be able to move forward. Life skills are important.
