Accepting new clients! I believe we all have innate inner strength & wisdom to navigate a wide array of situations life may send our way, but there are times when we need additional support. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can learn to look within yourself to access these resources. I work with clients who are interested in exploring barriers, and creating healthy coping skills in order to engage in their present life and progress forward.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, life & career transitions, and interpersonal relationships. While my work is informed by several therapeutic models I primarily use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) & Internal Family Systems (IFS), which encourage clients to examine their thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs that may no longer be of benefit to them.
I have practiced as a clinician at Brigham & Women's Hospital, and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. I believe that you are the expert in you, and that it is my role to walk alongside you.
