I have experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and various addictions. I enjoy watching my clients excel at taking the skills learned in session and implementing them with their families, friends and partners. My heart smiles when a client says, “I’m proud of myself,” or “I was able to resist that temptation.” I am committed to the growth of my clients and find great passion in what I do for a living.
I assist clients find solutions to their problems. It’s easier to look at the problem rather than the potential solutions. I will support and challenge clients while providing evidence-based interventions and experiential activities.
