Seeking therapy can be scary and takes courage. As humans, we all carry baggage. Sometimes, that baggage can get too heavy for us to carry on our own. The beautiful thing about being human is that we are not alone in our struggles. Yes, at times it can feel as if we are alone. However, I want to argue there are always people willing to help, you just have to find them and accept them.
