However, I'm particularly interested in how the past plays a part in our current day experiences, and how we may free ourselves of unwanted (internal or external) burdens when we can understand their origin. Whether your goal is to dive into a specific issue or topic, or if you need general support as you navigate lifestyle adjustments, I aim to guide my clients in building a more authentic connection within themselves and the world around them.
I have found that my style has been helpful for those who are struggling with issues related to self-acceptance, identity & shame, feeling "stuck," as well as general relationship conflicts. I work best with those who are curious and have a desire to learn about the deeper parts of themselves.
