I specialize in person-centered, trauma-focused therapy utilizing various therapy approaches including brain-spotting to help clients process and heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, difficulties with adjustment and relationships/attachment issues. There is no one-size-fits-all approach and I welcome you just as you are.
Starting therapy for the first time can be a little scary, and can be really scary if you have tried before and had bad therapy experiences.
