I help my clients find practical solutions to the issues they face & together we find ways to change the patterns behind these issues. I have been a licensed mental health counselor for over 15 years. I've empowered children, families, and adults as they move toward and achieve their goals. I specialize in individual counseling for adolescents and adults, as well as couples and family therapy. Additionally, I am experienced in school and community settings.
