I help adolescents (age 16+) and adults who experienced or are currently experiencing unhealthy and toxic relationships. I worked to help my clients set boundaries, feel empowered and cope in a healthy way while navigating through the impact of these difficult relationships. I also address a wide range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, life's transitions, grief and bereavement.

I offer a safe space with a warm and genuine person - centered approach to develop a foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a variety of evidence - based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution - Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing with the integration of mindfulness and holistic interventions.
