My mission is to help promote healing from within, as well as emotional support, and behavioral change. As humans, we can get stuck in the past or future. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am trained in techniques effective with issues including mood disorders, emotional disturbance, family conflict, behavioral disturbance, anxiety, and many other issues affecting your everyday life.
I have a special interest and experience working with trauma, sexual abuse issues, and PTSD. Using Trauma Focused CBT, I can help clients acknowledge experienced trauma without negative symptoms attached. I am also trained in Rapid Trauma Resolution Therapy. RTR is a revolutionary, psychotherapeutic approach to healing and positive change.
