Are you a student-athlete looking to become the best version of yourself? Do you have all the skills, but sometimes your anxiety diminishes your confidence? I specialize in helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and sports performance. As a former D1 athlete and current coach, I understand the demands and hardships that come with being an athlete. By focusing our your strengths, your self talk, and your thought processes, we can work together to overcome any adversity that you are currently facing.

I currently work as a Mental Skills Coach for an ice hockey team in MA. Using my own personal experience as a former college athlete and my counseling license, I can support you in your current journey. My approach is strengths-based, and I believe that we all have the ability to rewrite our story, and become the best version of ourselves.

My goal is to serve as a collaborative, empathetic, and helpful guide for you during this process. My approach to therapy resembles teamwork, as we will be working together in a direct and collaborative way. I look forward to assisting you as you begin your journey to self improvement.
