I truly believe we are intended to feel connected and loved by others. When this does not happen then it can create insecure attachments impacting multiple areas of your life. People often hold onto negative beliefs about themselves or the world that impact their relationship and daily life more than you may realize. I believe your past does not define you, but may describe a lot of symptoms you are experiencing. With an attachment-based framework and trauma-informed approach, I hold so much hope for those looking to find abundance in their lives.
I am trained specifically in treating trauma and PTSD by using EMDR. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Motivational Interviewing while allowing you to guide your treatment and set your goals. I am a follower of Jesus and truly believe my relationship impacts my perspective on life. I am able to provide Christian Counseling as well.
