As a lover of learning and education, I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2013. I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and Sound Meditation.
