Most, if not all, of the individuals I serve share similar diagnoses and/or problems, but each of them possess a unique journey that lead them to this point in life and an especially unique story yet to tell. I collaborate with clients using both humanistic and existential approaches empowering them to develop self-awareness and understanding to actualize in a healthy direction while also taking responsibility and exercising choice to live a meaningful life.
I use an integrative counseling approach, utilizing solution focused therapy (focusing on strengths, resources, and coping abilities), exploring individual hierarchy of needs, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to track and understand the thoughts preceding their behaviors.
I treat children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly from various walks of life. It's a blessing to help others recognize and reach their fullest potential.
