My work is also deeply relational, and the dynamics of how you relate to other people can also be fertile ground for seeing these patterns with clarity and compassion. Couples therapy is another powerful tool for transformation, because it offers us an opportunity to see these relational dynamics play out in real time and process them in the moment.
