Life is inevitably composed of episodes of change. From new experiences and life events to trauma and loss, transitions in life challenge ones' emotional balance. When first entering therapy I believe that it is natural to be unable to identify all of these feelings. Often you may only know that “something is off”. My goal is to sit with you through uncertainty and walk with you through the process of self-exploration and healing.
I have experience working with clients from very diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I believe that every person's treatment needs vary. I aim to work with you to find what works best for you. My primary therapeutic techniques are CBT, EMDR, and Harm Reduction.
Reaching out is the first step. My passion lies in trauma processing. I have years of experience guiding clients through the difficulties of trauma that negatively impact family, intimate relationships, parenting, career, etc. I gladly welcome the queer, trans, poly, kink, and alternative relationship structure folx.
