Amanda has spent most of her clinical career working with adult sex offenders. Over the years of therapeutic work she has become aware of how unresolved trauma can impact virtually every area of a person's life. Amanda uses EMDR therapy and Polyvagal exercises to assist in addressing unresolved trauma.
Additionally, Amanda embraces a Christian worldview and is happy to incorporate elements of spirituality per the client's request.
