Making the decision to seek therapy for yourself or your child can sometimes be challenging. I offer therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. I work well with individuals struggling with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, school and behavioral challenges, stress, family issues, as well as everyday parenting difficulties. Together, we can find the best way to meet your therapy goals.
I have additional training in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I incorporate skills from these areas into my approach. When working with younger children, I also make use of play therapy therapy techniques to help facilitate emotional expression, problem solving, and parent-child connections.
