I offer each client warmth, empathy, compassion, empowerment and a safe place to share their unique story without judgement, bias, or pressure. As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I have professional experience working with individuals who struggle with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image issues, and challenging life transitions.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I also utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered, and Mindfulness-Based interventions.
