My name is Amanda Bryant, and I am a board certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor in South Carolina and certified through NCC. I specialize in helping clients overcome Depression and Anxiety by utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. Other areas of specialties include Stress Related Issues, Relationship Issues, Life Transitions, Self-Esteem Trauma, and Mood Disorders. I have experience working with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds and work specifically with adults 18 and up who experience a wide range of symptoms including depression, anxiety, life stressors, self-esteem, and trauma.
I utilize an array of modalities and techniques to include CBT, REBT, solution focused, client centered, and mindfulness to assist client in working towards their individual goals and needs.
