I also use humor as well as gently challenge clients to try new things to create meaningful change.
I utilize an integrative approach combining evidenced-based treatment practices of CBT, ACT, and EFT to build upon your strengths, identify life solutions, develop resilience, create healthy and meaningful relationships and cultivate self-acceptance.
