Whether you’ve tried therapy before or are starting for the first time, it can be intimidating. I have experience working with those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, self-esteem concerns, and general life stressors. My clinical interests also include supporting clients in the LGBT community. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston.
What’s it like to work with me? I’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can come as you are and bring whatever is on your mind. Together, we’ll identify your goals for therapy. I’ll incorporate a variety of approaches with the aim of helping you better understand yourself, confront barriers, and develop the skills that will help you move forward.
