I work with both individuals and couples, helping people to heal from the effects of former or current destructive relationships, restore their sense of trust in themselves, and help them to experience more safety, connection and satisfaction in their lives. Even in the most painful of relationship dynamics (whether with yourself, a partner, a family member, professional relationship, etc.), there is a seed of opportunity for change for the better. Only one person has to shift in order for the entire dynamic to change.
I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, perfectionism, a critical inner voice, or untangling from a complicated relationship (including narcissism, gaslighting, emotional withdrawal). I work with couples who may be fighting, struggling with communication and connection, or considering separation or divorce.
