I use this to feed my passion in helping you find tools you need to get yourself through tough times and to understand your big emotions. I have spent the last 20 years working in psychiatric hospital and outpatient clinics. I have enjoyed working with children in foster care, juvenile justice center, drug court and truancy court. It has always warmed my heart seeing families learn how to support their loved one's on their journey.
