Spectrum Life
Spectrum Life Group is for adults 18+ with an ASD diagnosis in order to focus on what is going right in a person’s life, what abilities or strengths a person has. The counselor and clients work together to find past and present successes and use these to address the challenges being faced. Group focus includes: self-advocacy, abilities vs disabilities, sensory avoidance and optimizing comfort, navigating interpersonal stressors and calming anxieties, and practical solutions for executive functioning strategies.
