Whether you’re looking to address a specific concern, bring big changes to your life, or feel more present in the life you’ve already built, counseling is a great resource. I enjoy helping individuals with anxiety and OCD get back to - or create - the life they want to be living. I also have a special interest in anxiety and distress about environmental and climate-related concerns, so we can talk about worry, fear, dread, and the discomfort of the unknown in many different shapes and sizes.
While I have experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, I believe in taking a collaborative and holistic approach. My goal is not for folks to feel pressured to “fix it,” but instead to feel empowered and find what works.
