I have ten years of experience working in a residential care setting where I provided relational and emotional regulation and processing to adolescents and their families. I am skilled at offering insight that assists the family or individual in processing difficult situations.
I utilize a trauma informed approach in addressing familial conflict, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I believe in providing a safe space that encourages healing, be it an individual working through past trauma or a family struggling with forming healthy attachments.
