I am passionate about assisting each client in learning about their symptoms and what we can actively do together to create change and accomplish treatment goals. I enjoy working with clients that are willing to work with me as an active participant in their treatment. I work with children (6yo and up), adolescents and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders including Separation Anxiety, Selective Mutism, Panic Disorder Social Anxiety, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I also specialize in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Skin Picking, Hair Pulling, and Phobias.
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) and utilize evidence based treatments to best serve my patients. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention and Habit and Reversal Training. I also received training in play therapy for my younger patients.
I enjoy the process of seeing my clients gain a greater understanding of their symptoms, master skills, and feel confident in managing symptoms so that they can live the life they want without their mental health holding them back.
