The most important aspect of therapy is the working relationship between the client and therapist. Through being genuine and building trust, I work to create a relationship that allows you to feel comfortable being open and honest. I meet you where you are and spend time understanding who you are and what you need. As a clinical psychologist, I work to individualize treatment based on who you are, as well as incorporating research-based techniques to help you reach your goals. Many of my clients who have been in therapy before describe our work together as what they imagined and hoped therapy would be.
I work with adults in individual and couples therapy. I have experience addressing a wide variety of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma/dissociation, relationship issues, bipolar disorder, grief, and personalty concerns. I enjoy working with clients across all cultural identities and diverse backgrounds.
