My approach to therapy is to do what works for my clients. Some people need to examine their past so that they can cope and move forward. While others just need to work on what is currently happening in their lives. I can help with both.
We all get stuck sometimes, so whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, couples issues, family struggles, severe mental illness or someone who is dealing with a loved one who is dealing with those issues, or just someone who does not know what is affecting them but needs help to move forward, I am here to help.
