Specifically, with regards to health I have an extensive background working with individuals with new medical diagnosis or health concerns. Receiving such a diagnosis can be shocking and scary, and it’s my role to support you to focus on hope for the future and to provide an empathetic space.
In addition to working with medical related transitions, I am committed to working with individuals who have experienced grief, loss, and trauma or abuse. Every individual is unique and responds differently when feeling hopeless and stressed. It is my aim to guide you through your journey to wellness, emphasizing your strengths and resiliency.
