I believe that people struggle with coping with changes in their lives whether it is a change inflicted by grief, divorce, life transitions or a new job or relationship. These changes can make people question their reality and who they are in life affecting those around them. I help give individuals, families or couples developer tools to empower themselves to overcome those changes and develop better connections with others.
I have over 20 years experience working in various settings including community mental health, juvenile detention centers, partial hospitalization, schools, and private practice. I am passionate about empowering women and working through maternal mental health issues. I love helping couples and families rediscover their communication style and understanding.
I am a creative artistic person by nature and will use those skills to connect with my clients. I’m transitioning into private practice full time to do what I love and that’s helping people heal while learning to live well balanced lives.
