During our sessions, I may incorporate CBT, ACT and mindfulness techniques to assist in achieving your goals.

My experience working in the realm of grief and loss has shown me that people need care and support when life transitions happen. This can occur when losing a friend, when suffering difficult changes in school or the workplace, when there is a divorce or change in the family, and in so many other ways.
