Hello, I am so glad you are here! Getting help can often be scary, overwhelming, and confusing. It is normal to feel these emotions when navigating your mental health. Through the use of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I work with each client to address their goals and specific needs. During sessions, I allow my clients to set an intention for their session and create a safe, calm, and client focused environment.
I am a Licensed Social Worker, having earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Purdue University and my MSW from Indiana University. I have over 7 years of experience in the field of social work, ranging from community mental health to working with families involved with the Department of Child Services.
