I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, coupled with a systemic and solution-focused approach. I treat a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and complicated grief. The case management services I offer can guide my clients through the maze of accessing healthcare and connecting with community resources.
