I utilize EMDR in an integrated, holistic approach to help resolve painful memories by using bilateral stimulation to engage the brain’s natural healing abilities. Together, we will identify negative beliefs that have kept you stuck and replace them with positive adaptive beliefs to help you heal the past, reclaim the present, and look forward to the future.
