Doing the most basic tasks can feel overwhelming, or you’re getting everything done while feeling empty or distracted. As a caregiver of someone experiencing mental health concerns, you may feel helpless or scared and want to find a way to get them relief from their pain. Therapy can help you or your child learn how to get on a path to health, and develop confidence in your abilities to handle the current struggles.

Utilizing psychodynamic and dialectical behavior informed approaches, therapy with me will focus on developing an understanding of the roots of your problems, and learning strategies to get relief and deal with stress. I have expertise in suicidality, self-harm, psychosis, and working with a wide variety of concerns in adolescence and adulthood.

I provide individual for teens, adults, and families in Newport Beach. I offer Telehealth/virtual sessions serving all of CA. I am particularly dedicated to working with those experiencing suicidality and know this can be an overwhelming process.
