In a world full of unknowns, I want my clients to have the ability to trust themselves and their abilities. With trust in oneself, you can do anything and work through any obstacle. During our lifetime, we learn that outside influences can impact our sense of confidence and worth. It is important to me for my clients to learn and lean into their authentic needs and understand that their home is within themselves. We will work to identify coping mechanisms that can support you through many life struggles and build habits that can assist in you living your best life.
My goal with my clients is for them to walk away knowing specific skills that can assist them in times of crisis. We will also work on the ability to sit in a space of the uncomfortable, and feel safe in the unknown. Remembering throughout the process that you are the writer of your own story.
If you are desiring a space to be, and exist with nonjudgement I encourage you to book an appointment with me. I utilize humor frequently in my sessions, and though the work may not always be fun, it is always worth a try.
