You have the ability to make positive changes. Sometimes we all need someone to look at things from a different perspective to help us see our blind spots. We can't do it all on our own. I am here to provide you support in an open and honest way while you begin achieving your goals.
I specialize in trauma informed care and am trained to be able to offer EMDR therapy and EMDR 2.0 therapy. I have experience working with PTSD, complex trauma, and have had success using these therapies to help ease the burden of grief and loss as well.
Beginning therapy can be a scary endeavor, just making the phone call can be hard. In my office you will feel heard and validated. It is my job to build an environment of safety and support you as you do your work to achieve your goals and find relief.
