I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in treating trauma, domestic violence exposure, anger management, impulse control issues, relationship issues, as well as depression and anxiety. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and I'm also a Certified Telemental Health Provider (CTMH).
Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, I assist clients in developing positive strategies to assist them with navigating emotional regulation, distress tolerance, challenging negative thinking patterns, and improving their communication and relationships with others in their environments.
