My practice focuses on addressing trauma-related issues, anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, perfectionism, and life transitions.
I personalize my counseling approach to suit each person's specific needs, integrating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I incorporate elements from Polyvagal theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
