I am a passionate therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. I have previously specialized in oncology mental health, and worked with grief as well. Since then, I have begun working with self-esteem, eating disorders, body image, and self-harm. A client who is interested in working on self-awareness and acceptance of self is very important in our setting. I am able to provide insight and challenge clients to grow into the person they want to be, all while holding a safe and empathetic space.
