I believe in the healing power of a therapeutic relationship. I have extensive experience and passion for working with those impacted by trauma and attachment issues. I have also successfully helped those struggling with non-trauma related anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and coping with life stressors and transitions.
When we endure painful life experiences, our minds develop parts with differing patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving with the intent to make meaning of the experiences and protect the psyche from the wounds created. I help clients better understand these parts and address the underlying wounds to create a sense of empowerment and peace.
